Leadership Development The Train the Trainers Workshop is really a leadership development workshop. We are looking to build the next generation of DLI trainers, who will be leading the way. This means passing along the culture (which we having been covering the past two day), providing the support, and helping set the direction.

Leadership Development For data services to continue to grow in importance, we will need leadership at the local, regional, national, and international levels. This panel will discuss the kind of leadership needed at each of these levels.

Desired Outcomes A list of items or activities that need to be done at the local, regional, national, and international levels to ensure healthy data services in Canada.
