Ustensils: A salad bowl A knife A fork A spoon A whisk A measuring cup A scale Baking pans Ingredients 200 g flour 100g almond powder 50g soft butter 1 pinch of salt 1 bag of baking powder 5 teaspoons sugar 1 egg 1 yoghurt 50 g sultanas
Step 1 Put the sultanas in a bowl of warm water
Step 2 : Weigh all the ingredients : sultanas, flour, sugar, butter.
Step 3 Pour the flour, the almond powder, the baking powader, the sugar and a pinch of salt into the salad bowl.
Step 4 Mix everything
Step 5 Add the butter and mix with your fingers
Step 6 Break the egg and mix with the preparation.
Step 7 Put the yoghurt or milk and mix at the same time.
Step 8 Add the sultanas. Work the dough.
Step 9 Take out small pieces and put on the baking trays.
Bake in the oven for 15/20 minutes at 200° celsius.
