Emotional/cognitive symptoms  Feeling irritable/frusrated/restless  Unable to concentrate  Easily confused  Having memory problems  Negative thinking/negative self talk  Mood swings/emotional outburst  Lack sense of humor/feeling upset  Eating too much/when not hungry
