OpenADE Charter Update (Draft) OpenADE shall promote interoperability for NAESB ESPI. – Support exchange of smart grid data with 3 rd Parties over the Internet. IEC CIM based NAESB ESPI and profiles, including Green Button. – Support UCAIug in promoting and marketing the standard. – Collect and refine changes and extensions to ESPI for submission to NAESB. – Create and manage a conformance program for approved profiles. Create and manage changes to certification profiles. Create and manage testing capabilities for certification profiles. – Collaborate and harmonize with OpenESPI and other related organizations.

OpenADE Task Force Closing Plenary Key accomplishments – Resolved remaining issues in OpenADE / ESPI ITCA Planning Document. – Collaborated with Testing Subcommittee, UCAIug leadership about next steps for ITCA establishment. – Reviewed OpenADE Charter, in consideration of Green Button activities and near term opportunities. – Reviewed / agumented OpenADE Help Desk issues, including NAESB ESPI 1.0 errata. – Reviewed existing Green Button and NAESB ESPI test plans. – Participated in SGIP Green Button Workshop at EnerNex.

OpenADE Task Force Closing Plenary Next steps – Update OpenADE / ESPI ITCA Planning Document, final review cycle and Task Force vote via ; deliver to Testing Subcommittee. – Incorporate Charter feedback into revised proposal, final review and Task Force vote via . – Coordinate NAESB ESPI standard revision with NAESB; publish “last call for input” on NAESB ESPI 1.0 errata. – Continue to work with OpenSG, UCAIug leadership to identify and collaborate on funding sources and activities to accelerate ITCA activities, Green Button and ESPI test plan activities.
