Corrective Action Plans  Institutions will be asked to complete this plan if:  Data exceptions are noted in the review process  Plan will report:  Explanation of why data exception occurred  Action to address this concern  Person responsible for corrective action

Fiscal Review  Desk Review  Request documentation of expenditures  Reconcile expenditures in each goal category  Standardized form!  Campus Visit (if necessary)

Corrective Action Plans  Institutions will be asked to complete this plan if:  10% or more of Perkins Program Improvement funds are returned or not drawn down in a fiscal year  Perkins Program Improvement funds are returned in 2 consecutive years, regardless of the amount

Corrective Action Plans  Plan will report:  Explanation of why funds were returned  Action to address this concern  Person responsible for corrective action
