Company Profile SHAKTI SECURITY AND MAINTANENCE SERVICES Pvt.Ltd is established in the year 1992 by retired army officers. Shakti is equipped with sophisticated office equipment, Dynamic, Go-Getting Field Officers, Crisis Management operations team and above all efficient, disciplined, result oriented young management under seniors supervision.

TRAINING We are having our own guards training academy in which all our guards are thoroughly trained by army professionals, and coaches in various security related subjects.

FIRST AID TRAINING Army Doctors will give lectures and demonstrations on burns, air raids, evacuation, electric shocks, snake bites and artificial breathing etc.

FIRE FIGHTING Our guards will undergo fire fighting training and mock fire drills in our academy. They will be trained in handling fire fighting equipments, use of sand, water and foam to prevent and control the fire.

BOMB SQUAD Our officers impart training to our guards in the following areas: Immediate Reaction. Responding to bomb threat calls. Caller line,age and sex identification. Locating the bomb. Background noises Diffusion off the bomb, etc.

THEFT AND PILFERAGE MANAGEMENT  A special cell of 1-3 will be formed out of existing force to prevent Theft and Pilferage especially at vital points and check posts

RECRUITMENT POLICY & PROCEDURE  We verify the career, conduct of the guard with concern ZILLA SAINIK BOARDS and public authorities.  Before recruiting any Guard in our organization, we conduct so many checks and verifications credentials, background and present activity through various sources.  Apart from giving our own training, we prefer to recruit our guards from ZILLA SAINIK BOARDS and others whose past experience should be in a reputed organization.

VERIFICATION, BIO DATA, AGE GROUP AND EDUCATION..  We take present and permanent residential address and photographs of the individual as well as his family members  We take security guards in the age group of 25 years to 45 years and who passes atleast 10 th standard.

POLICE AND PERSONAL VERIFICATION We send copies of the Bio Data’s of the security guards to concern police stations and moreover, our field officers will visit deserved guards’ places for physical verification.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION We conduct periodical medical examinations to all our guards for their mental and physical fitness by eminent doctors and copies of the same will be forwarded to principal employers.
