CRDITED de Laval Mission To provide our clientele specialized adaptation, rehabilitation and social participation services. Furthermore, to care for the families and significant others of our users by offering them accompaniment and support. CRDITED de Laval strives to constantly improve upon its services and develop cutting-edge expertise through involvement in research.

CRDITED de Laval Vision The CRDITED de Laval is a human-centred professional organization, renowned for its excellence, expertise and innovativeness in addressing the diverse needs of a clientele that demands a high standard of care.

CRDITED de Laval A few statistics In Provided services to 1,779 users – N to 21 years: 1,067 users – 22 years and over: 712 users English-speaking users: 234 users (13%) – N to 21 years: 183 users – 22 years and over: 51 users

CRDITED de Laval A few facts The CRDITED de Laval is equipped to offer services to English-speaking users. AER (Access, Evaluation and Referral) Adaptation and rehabilitation services, according to available staff Early intervention services, including Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) for children with ASD, according to available staff

A few facts & numbers Staff dedicated to our English-speaking clientele – Union agreement in place since 2007 – 4.5 IBI positions (Étincelle) – 7 positions in child and youth services, ages 6 to 21 years – 5 positions in adult services – 1 supernumerary position ( CHSSN project) – Professionals: » 1 social worker position » 1 speech-language pathologist position » 1 part-time occupational therapist position

CRDITED de Laval Second-line adaptation and rehabilitation services – Episode of service – According to challenging situation – Voluntary – Intervention provided in the person's natural environments – Objective: the individual's integration and social participation

CRDITED de Laval Partner support services For an enrolled child – With parent authorization – On request of the partner (e.g. school) – Participation in the IP or ISP – In-class observation / intervention – Objective: Coordinate school & family interventions or Provide support for an issue at the school
