“Your Mind Makes It Real” Escaping the Matrix Page 16

Four Central Powers Pattern Access a full experience of your “Four Central Powers” – thinking, feeling, speaking and behaving. Access and amplify the resource state of ownership. Access the states of acceptance and appreciation of “mine!” Amplify these states until your neurology radiates. Added Material

“Your Mind Makes It Real” Feelings and emotions are what make the lies of the enemy “real.” To get us to sin Satan must first get us to feel a certain way. He seeks to use our feelings and emotions against us. James 1:14-15 “…every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived it brings forth sin…” Without the feelings/emotions backing them up, Satan's lies and temptations lose their power over us. Page 16

God also seeks to employ our emotions in our obedience to Him. Ps.100:2 Serve the Lord with gladness (or joy) Ps.1:2 The blessed man is one whose “… delight (passionate desire) is in the law of the Lord, and in his law does he meditate day and night. Amos 5:15 “Hate the evil and love the good…” Phil. 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to WILL (passionately desire) and to do of His good pleasure Page 16

Managing our Emotional States is a key to escaping the satanic matrices of the enemy. Physiology Managing emotions by changing how you act, behaving, move, breathe, talk, etc. Anchoring Any stimulus that consistently triggers thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Page 17

Physiology Studies in human behavior and emotions have shown that by changing how you move you can change how you feel. We can use this fact of our being to “put on” Christ. To put on Christ is to adopt his mind, emotions and character, as our own. We can do this because Christ actually lives within us. It is not imitation but participation! Page 18

How to Put on Christ (Exercise) When I am fully aligned with Christ and His _____ How am I thinking within? What is my inner self talk like? How am I standing/sitting? (demonstrate) How am I breathing? How am I moving? Walking? What is my attitude? How do I perceive the world, external circumstances, other people, myself? Page 19

Anchoring Simple stimulus – response Ivan Pavlov and His dogs Anchoring in Scripture Luke 22:61-62 Jesus looking at Peter Numbers 15:37-40 The tassels (tzit tzit) on the borders of the garment caused Israel “to remember” to do. Let us pray – Triggers What? Page 20

The “Zakar” Principle Deut. 7:17-19 When afraid, Israel was to remember what God did to Pharaoh and all of Egypt. Remember “Zakar” – to recall something to mind in order to be moved by it. Memory is one way to create anchors. I Samuel 17:31-36 David used this principle to fight Goliath. Page 21

Anchoring (Exercise) Identify the desired state you would like to have access to. What state do you want? Confidence, motivation, feelings of comfort, peace, etc. Describe it a little bit. Evoke it fully. A) “Think of a time when you fully experienced this state...” B) “What would it be like if you did fully experience this state?” When you feel the desired emotion, make a fist and gently squeeze. Test your Anchor. Break state and repeatedly re-access. Page 23
