Delivery and Servicing Plan Toolkit (D4.1 / D4.3) (1) Provides a generic framework for creating a Delivery and Servicing Plan. WP2 input: The good practice examples (Task 2.2) and Know How of the TRAILBLAZERs (Task 2.3) will be used in the development of the DSP Toolkit. Builds on the Transport for London (TfL) DSP guide and the guidelines produced by the Swedish Road Administration. Updated based on the work carried out to develop DSPs in Task 4.5. The final version of the Toolkit will also be made available for download on the project website. A short summary of the DSP Toolkit will be translated into project languages by project partners.

Neither the EACI nor the European Commission are responsible for any use that may be made of the information contained therein. Transferability Analysis (O4.1 / O4.3) 1.Determine whether the measure is appropriate to be considered for transferability - For example if a DSP measure is very specialised and can only be applied in one PATHFINDER city, then it may not be relevant for transferability. 2.Determine whether the measure is successful or not - Assess whether the DSP measure had positive impacts as part of the TRAILBLAZER project. This will be determined as part of the Evaluation Work Package (WP5). For each successful measure: 3.Identify the main factors of success or failure (or opportunities and barriers) of the measure and its context relevant to transferability 4.Identify the importance of the factors of success or failure of the measure and its context relevant to transferability 5.Assess likelihood of the opportunities and barriers existing in a receiving city - We will assess whether it will be easy or difficult for another city to implement the relevant DSP measure.
