Conclusion/ recommendations Strong political support is crucial; A mechanism for systematic and continuous data collection and interpretation is a basis for all further activities related to freight transport improvements in the City of Zagreb; For any follow up activities, it is strongly recommended that data collection shall be structured and executed continuously; Improvements in city ordinances regarding deliveries are needed, based on experience gained through the Trailblazer project.

Future plans Finalizing the third phase; Developing the Delivery and Servicing Plan; The measure proposed within the project will be incorporated in the City of Zagreb strategic documents (e.g. ZagrebPlan – in preparation); Project results will be further disseminated (e.g.other Croatian cities with similar congestion issues); The established work group will continue its activities in the field of freight traffic; Broadening the area where the Trailblazer pilot measure shall be implemented within the City of Zagreb;
