After the 3rd Periodic Report is accepted, the partners will receive an containing information concerning the amount which each partner can expect to receive and the question whether the bank information in still correct. This year the financial information will have to be submitted directly to EU by the partners before 29th of April. Form C still has to be delivered on paper and signed. This is not be confused with the: Electronic signature. Since an amendment is needed on the General Agreement and this will be used for the next/final reporting only, it was decided not to use the electronic signature for this project..
