3. To contribute a new page, first create a new page

For adding images hit the File button in the edit toolbar

You are directed to image and files window where you can upload files

Take note of naming convention when you are uploading your image files

Once an image is uploaded and properly embedded, clicking on the embedded image allows you to change its alignment and size. Resize your images at your discretion so that the final wikipage looks good graphically speaking

In order to embed videos you need to at first either upload or find the video on Youtube. In case that you are uploading the video, use the class Youtube account information:

Once a Youtube video is properly uploaded you need to copy its embed code to be used in wikispace as explained in the following slides

In wikispace, to embed Youtube videos follow the steps in the following slides

Choose the widget option in wikispace edit page toolbar

Choose video from the list of options

Choose YouTube from the list of options

Paste the embed code that you copied from YouTube website

Hit the save button

The video is placed on the wikispace page and if you click on it an edit toolbar appears from where you can edit the alignment and size of the video.

Once the powerpoint file is properly uploaded to scribd website, you need to copy its embed code

On the wikispace platform, choose widget button from the page edit toolbar

Choose document from the options

Choose Scribd from the options

Paste the embed code that you have copied from scribd website to the allocated area

The powerpoint will show up in the wikipage. If you click on it a toolbar will appear from where you can modify the size and alignment of your powerpoint presentation

Save the page that you have created so that it is included in the wikispace

Everytime that you create a page please hyperlink it to its proper placeholder on the existing wikipages
