Public Awareness Campaign Timeline As a public awareness campaign is a “sustained, systematic effort”, you can expect it to be at least a year in development. Additionally, the campaign itself should be a year-long process that includes materials (posters), media (public service announcements), fact sheets, and events all targeted to message. Include unveiling your campaign event, printing, and disbursal of materials, including PSA runs as part of this year-long timeline and keep it message-focused.
