* Discuss with other tutor. * Discuss with Manager. * Bring a topic at the training meeting. * If you have personal problem, go to see counselor. * What else?

* Use a cell phone during working hours. * A tutor does not co-operate. * A tutor does not reply to LLC . * A tutor does not come and cannot contact to the LLC immediately. * A tutor’s attitude often changes.

* A tutor do not listen what the manager is saying or not listening other tutors.

* Two tutors working at 2 period. The manager is absent. Both of you started talking each other about non related at LLC. ( laugh a lot, make noise at the desk)
