Activities: public procurement Company that wins: will have to prepare an analyze of fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, produced by the work of companies that provide road-cleaning, waste management, building, logistic etc services in Tallinn City will have to prepare recommendations and different scenarios on how to solve this problem (heavy machinery extra including eco-driving)
