Diet  Healthy balanced diet is important.  The foods you eat provide energy.  Main source of energy are carbohydrates.

Obesity  High Cholesterol  High Blood Pressure  Low energy Levels  Type 2 diabetes  Heart disease  Depression  Joint pains  Respiratory disorders Unhealthy and unbalanced diet leads to obesity!
