The operational programme One specific priority, P5 5% of the programme budget 60/40 co financing rate –Annually: 3,3 to 3,6 MEUR ESF 2,2 to 2,4 MEUR Flemish co financing 5,5 to 6,0 MEUR total expenses Result or product based focus and policy linked

Operational modus Themes to be selected by Horizontal Commission 4 levels of cooperation = 4 priorities –Cooperation between ESF authorities –Policy demand –Opportunities out of Flemish thematical work –Call for individual projects

Selection For priorities 1-3: –By Managing authority after consultation of Horizontal Commission (policy) For priority 4 –Call decided by Thematical Commission (all partners) –6 eyes principle –Evaluation college –Thematical Commission

Finance 100% for private organizations 60% for governmental organizations at national, regional or local level Extensive financial criteria, with 15% flat rate for indirect costs, real costs for staff, working costs and transnational expenses Advances on annual basis: 70% of Flemish co financing for private organizations
