Presentation transcript:

Radio is the science of wirelessly transmitting data to a remote point where a receiver detects the signal. In common lexicon we think of radio in the context of FM or AM stations that broadcast a radio announcer speaking and playing music, but in fact radio waves are also used for sending and receiving data such as wifi networks, satellite broadcasts and Bluetooth devices.

R ADIO IS IMPORTANT FOR SOCIETY / HUMANKIND, BECAUSE I NFLUENCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WHOLE COMMUNITY OF LIFE ARE SOME KIND OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY. A ROUND THEM ARE EMPLOYED BY MANY DIFFERENT SPECIALISTS WHO KNOW HOW TO CREATE CONTEMPORARY CULTURE. T HESE ARE POWERFUL INSTITUTIONS THAT HAVE DEVELOPED PERSONAL PRINCIPLES OF ACTION, WHILE COOPERATING WITH OTHER IMPORTANT INSTITUTIONS.

Life before the radio was a lot harder. One way it was harder was that there was there was less communication. If someone had an emergency the word took a lot longer to get out. When telephones weren't invented yet, the radio was one of the only for fast communication. Another reason life was harder before the radio was you could not listen to music. If there was a song you liked that you wanted to hear you had to go the concert and hope they play it, or you had to listen to somebody else play it, or you had to learn to play it yourself. A third reason the radio was a good invention is because a lot of inventions came from the idea of the radio. Telephones use radio waves to work and the idea for telephones came from the radio. Also cell phones and wireless Internet all work the same way radios do. As you can see life was a lot harder before the radio.

The first task of the radio, sending signals, then sound. Today, the radio performs many other functions. First of all entertainment functions. With its speakers, different kinds of music flow that hit a chord, a variety of listeners. Plays, shows, greetings, fresh information from the world and many others.

Radio proved far more effective in mass communication as compared to the print media. The property of radio which did not require transportation of the message drew immense attention of common people and investors in the field of mass media. Once the radio technology was recognized as an effective mean of communication, there was a race among companies and individuals to have their own radio facility. In the last chapter we had a detailed view of the growth of radio in the 20th century. In this chapter we will see how radio programs and its other uses changed the lifestyle of people around the world.

On the market there is a mass of radio stations, some of which are geared to play just one type of music (classical, hip-hop, jazz, pop and Rock). In addition to informative radio also provides entertainment. Are often organized competitions for students and quizzes. Radio also informs about events taking place in music, exhibitions, advise where to go to the theater, museums, galleries, cinema, restaurant or hotel. On the radio you can listen to music and information virtually around the clock. In the columns of radio discussions are often conducted, interviews, and even programs with the participation of listeners. Such relationships are meant to unite people and lead to attachment to the radio station. A large range of many radio lets you listen to it at work, at home, school, tram or car. It is available in every corner of the country, because people are so tied to it.

Radio in addition to these advantages also has numerous disadvantages. First of all, it imposes on its audience reception time information. Often broken is our favorite song and are given events or other communications. Some broadcast news programs in a very lightweight publish events, which may result in improper reception of information. Often there are also aired on the wrong comment. The language used in the radio must be very illustrative. On the market there are hardly any radio industry. The exception are the so-called. Broadcastings in factories, but they are intended for employees. So are hermetic coverage. Little is also radio plays, in which you would listen to the plays, and opera performances. Music broadcast on the radio is very commercial. Most music videos for songs, you can also see on television. Historically, there were also plays for children, where you could listen to fairy tales or children's stories. Today they have been virtually replaced by television and the Internet.
