Social Changes Good A mixed community with affordable homes for rent New well built homes Near to shops like Sainsbury Bad lack of facilities for children e.g. play space and schools public transport services not ideal noise at nights

Environmental Changes Good Sustainable transport – Sail Bridge 5 mins on foot to CBD No longer derelict – now modern and clean Bad not enough greenery litter and waste in dock some parts not finished – still derelict
