Lyris list clean-up 06/24/2013 Dear leadership, Thank you for your assistance and patience during the lyris list clean-up project – TIA membership database merger. Within last month I updated 627 entries for TR-8, TR-41 and TR-14 engineering committee and its active formulating groups. Once all TIA managers complete their committee clean-up the merger project will be initiated. Process-wise nothing will change for you. You will continue to use and as a mailing list for your However, as the process is changing on internally here at TIA, your lists will be more accurate. Ballot Administration Clean-up TIA staff performed a ballot clean-up project. We compared vote options report against TIA membership database. TIA removed 24 individuals off the TR-41 ballot list: not eligible to vote, individuals linked to wrong committee, merged duplicate records (i.e. US Department of Homeland Security/ Homeland Security) Marianna Kramarikova
