FIRST FTC Robotics Organization of the Team

Organization  Each team will be comprised of 4 sub- teams (more if needed),  Each sub-team will elect a “team leader”,  “Team Leaders” will report to the overall “Team Captain”,  “Team Captain” will report to the Team Coach.

Organization  Robot Build Team  Responsible for designing and constructing the team’s robot.  Must follow all FTC rules for construction,  Must use only Lego Tetrix parts supplied in the FTC kit, and resource kit,  Responsible for all parts inventory and ordering,  Must know ALL the rules for playing the challenge.  Must elect a “Team Leader”,

Organization  Marketing Design Team  Must know all the rules of the competition,  Designs must follow “Gracious Professionalism”,  Must include team number, all sponsors, school colors, team name, and or mascot on all brochures, t-shirts, banners, etc.  Must elect a Team Leader,

Organization  Programming Team  Must know all the rules of the competition,  Designs must follow “Gracious Professionalism”,  Responsible for programming the robot,  Must elect a Team Leader,

Organization  Engineering Notebook Team  Must know all the rules of the competition,  Designs must follow “Gracious Professionalism”,  Must include all sponsors, school colors, team name, and or mascot,  Must document all aspects of the team activities into the Engineering Notebook,  Provide digital copy for use on the classroom website,  Must elect a Team Leader,
