CLAIM DETAIL ACCESS Second level of access Allows user to view details of individual Claims Summary and Detail access- Commonly issued levels of access Allows user to view all available data for the agency incl. individual claim details
FINANCIAL ACCESS Third level of access Allows access to a range of incapacity payment reports only
AGENCY ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS Highest level of access Allocated to persons within the agency responsible for authorising all access requests
