CONTEXT Substantial economic assets:  8% GDP annual growth rate  Large amount of natural resources  Domestic market of 50 million consumers  Strong regional integration

CONTEXT And substantial environmental issues:  Climate change  Deforestation  Threats on biodiversity  Soil degradation  Urban sprawl…

VISION Current opening to foreign investments carries as much hopes as dangers… So we can’t afford to wait for building a path toward sustainable development. This is a strategic momentum where long term policies are being drafted, where lessons can be learned from abroad
