Water Committees: Goal: Assist rural population in decentralization of Water Supply system by setting up self-reliant Water Committees in charge of opperetion and maintenance of reabilitated or newly built systems

Sanitation Hygiene: Goal: Prevent most common water-borne diseases by improving specific hygiene behaviors such as hand washing with soap
