Infants (1-3 yrs old) DO NOT FOLLOW HEALTHY EATING ADVICE !!! Eat little and often Energy Fat Sugar Salt Dietary fibre, Protein, Calcium Vitamins and Minerals

LNRI RNI – Reference Nutrient Intakes Lower Reference Nutrient Intakes RNI’s are the amount of protein, vitamins and minerals required by individuals. The ‘Lower’ refers to the lowest level which is still enough.
