RECOGNITION OF LEARNED HANDICRAFT SKILLS The aims of the project to develop a recognition system for skills learned at work or hobbies, and to create a model to include these skills in university studies to develop tools and systems to recognize learned skills, to evaluate them and include those skills as part of university studies to speed up study progress and help simultaneously students to move from different institutions and study level to create possibilities for efficient use of teaching resources

Criterion of applying for Competence test Basic degree in arts Documented skills (certificates from schools, adult education center, institutions, academies, diplomas etc.) Long teaching period as handicraft teacher with lacking qualifications
