LEGOS (Editorial Manager) Develop high level editorial regional calendar and align with global operational plans for publishing of LEGO.com content. Identify and highlight conflicts, gaps and opportunities within the regional calendars Ensure locally produced content is compliant with quality standards, policies and guidelines. Publish, monitor, and updating local content, with focus on locally executed franchises. Integrate local campaigns online Support markets on planning and executing cross-channel campaigns in collaboration with LEGO.com Marketing, global and local channel representatives. Act as an ambassador for LEGO.com strategy improvements/changes on the site on newly published content. (Knowledge of technology is key)

Experience Bachelor Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Multi Media, Journalism, Communication, or similar field. Advanced verbal/written English skills. 5 years experience working within editorial or marketing areas, preferable digital media. Experience with digital asset handling and editorial planning, Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Experience and desire to work with teams and stakeholders. Knowledge and practice in working with digital asset management, content management system, search engine optimization and web analytics. Ability to travel internationally times/year. Ability to spend several weeks within first few months in Denmark for training and integration into the team.
