Conservation of Endangered Species
The Endangered Species Preservation Act was passed in This act was replaced in 1969 with the Endangered Species Conservation Act, which acted to strengthen the legislation. Finally, in 1973, the Endangered Species Act was passed. This act was recently reauthorized.
