On the basis of Article 10 of the Law on Environment (Official Gazette. List of Montenegro "No. 48/08) and the Decree on Amendments to the Regulation on organization and working methods of public administration (" Official Gazette of Montenegro "no. 68/08) th year, established the Agency for Environmental Protection. This Regulation entered into force days from publication in the Official Gazette.On the basis of Article 10 of the Law on Environment (Official Gazette. Implementation of monitoring Article 34.: Monitoring is conducted by the Agency. For the immediate tasks of monitoring the implementation of the Agency may employ other legal and natural persons. Criteria and conditions for conducting monitoring are regulated by government regulations. All the subjects of environmental protection in Article 7 this Law shall, at the request of the Agency, submit data and information for Keeping Information System
