Digital Service Infrastructures DSIs are about building the bridges and the infrastructures needed. DSIs aim connect MSs while leaving them freedom at national level DSI will enable cross border delivery of services of common interest. DSI will facilitate the life of citizens and businesses Not an end-users platform
