bridge to Re-Integration through Fundamental Competence Development Lessons learned from bridge and other German EQUAL DPs 1.GOPP ist a very good method to professionalize the social sector in setting goals, systematically promoting the appropriate results and implementing structures and professional tools 2.GOPP is especially useful in the following fields: Project Planning resultoriented Network Management Monitoring and Evaluation Network Integration/Corporate Identity/Transparency come to know each other/trust Know-How Transfer

bridge to Re-Integration through Fundamental Competence Development Recommendations 1.GOPP should be implemented in every project, especially in networks working with public funds. 2.If GOPP is applied it should be moderated by a neutral outside facilitator and find place at least 3 times during the life time of the project 3.Outside evaluators and public administrators should apply GOPP. 4.They will have to be trained in the use of GOPP.
