Transnational cooperation in HR&E OP Special priority axis on TNC TNC – eligible expenditure in all other priority axes

Priority axis - Transnational cooperation Global objective To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of strategies and policies in the field of human resources and employment …through involvement of experience, best practices and skills of partners from EU countries

Priority axis - Transnational cooperation Choice of themes Exchange of experience and transfer of good practise in the field of: –active labour market policy –social inclusion, non-discrimination –further vocational education and training –modernization of public administration –etc.

Priority axis - Transnational cooperation Target groups Institutions operating in the field of human resources and employment – e.g. ministries, public bodies, labour offices, regions, municipalities, associations of local authorities, NGOs, social partners, local partnerships, educational institutions etc.

Possible types of projects Community of Practise / Thematic network (e.g. Roma network) / Twinning projects Common product development (Equal like project) One-off event like e.g. conference, policy forum, peer review National project with a little bit of TNC Local partnership development
