The mission of the CleanTech Alliance Washington is to support the development of cleantech companies, jobs, and products in Washington State.

The CleanTech Alliance Washington is:  A non-profit 501(c)6  Funded by membership dues, events, and business services  Business initiative in 2007

Two Essential Questions:  What is cleantech?  How can we create value that is worth paying for?

What is Cleantech?  Five Years Ago:  Solar, wind, geothermal, tidal, environment  Today, it is very broad:  Energy generation, conservation, storage, or use  Environment  Sustainability

What is Cleantech?  Five years from now—in Washington:  Built Environment  Biofuels  Smart Grid  Storage
