CHARACTERISTICS OF BABY BOOMERS Work- Centric- Baby Boomers are extremely hard working and motivated. Baby Boomers enjoy long work weeks and define themselves by their professional accomplishments. Independent- Baby Boomers are confident, independent and very self-reliant

MORE CHARACTERISTICS… Goal Oriented- Baby Boomers have increased education and financial opportunities. Therefore, they work really hard to earn their goals. Competitive- Baby Boomers are very competitive, they are clever, resourceful and strive to win.
