Fruits Serving size depends on age, gender, and level of activity. Boys ages 9-13 = 1 ½ cups of fruit per day Girls ages 9-13 = 1 ½ cups of fruit per day What is a cup of fruit equal to? 1 small apple 1 large banana 32 grapes Serving Size Fruit Chart

Vegetables Serving Size Girls ages 9-13 should have 2 cups per serving Boys ages 9-13 should have 2 ½ cups per serving What is 1cup of vegetables? Dark green vegetables(Broccoli, spinach)= 1 cup chopped, or 2 cups raw Carrots= 2 medium sized Tomato= 1 large raw
