Инновации в управлении городской средой Преподаватель: Анна Георгиевна Санина, доцент департамента государственного администрирования, канд. социол. наук, доцент

Цель курса – изучить различные аспекты разработки и применения новых и инновационных технологий в процессе городского планирования и развития. Современные города рассматриваются как важнейшие агенты инновационной экономики: -центры науки и образования, -место сосредоточения образованных кадров, комфортной для жизни инфраструктуры, финансовых ресурсов, -особая креативная и смарт-среда. В курсе изучаются инновационные градостроительные, технологические и управленческие решения, необходимые для преодоления актуальных городских проблем и развития городской среды в сторону города-удобного-для-жизни.

Проблемное поле - ключевые области формирования спроса на инновации: -энергонезависимость и энергоэффективность; -развитие транспорта и транспортной инфраструктуры; -управление городскими отходами; -безопасность; -решение экологических проблем; -функционирование мобильных электронных сервисов и электронного правительства. + новые методики инновационного управления в городской среде (форсайт, бенчмаркинг, кул-хантинг, краудсорсинг и краудфандинг и др.).

Особенности курса и формы активности: -междисциплинарный характер; -ориентированность на студентов, которые рассматривают комплексное городское развитие как часть своей будущей профессиональной практики и/или научно-исследовательской деятельности. -групповая работа, связанная с поиском информации, анализом академических источников (преимущественно на английском языке); -решение кейсов; -деловые игры. Курс состоит из 32 (16 пар) лекций и 48 (24 пары) семинарских занятий и проходит в 3 и 4 модулях уч.г. В процессе освоения курса студенты выполняют одну контрольную работу. Форма контроля по курсу – экзамен.
