Northwest Territory is north of Alberta. U.S is south of Alberta. Saskatchewan is east of Alberta. British Columbia is west of Alberta.  Map of Alberta

Alberta is a prairie that has lots of farms on the land. The southern part is rocky. The northern part is covered in grassy plains. This is a river in Alberta

 The capital is Edmonton.  Another major city is Calgary. A rode in Alberta

 The population is 3,798,800.  The major religion is Christianity. The major language spoken are English and French. People of the world.

Edmonton Natural gas, coal, and wheat is the dominant crop. Agriculture, grain, meat packing, flour milling, dairying, and food processing are important industries.

Many tribes settled in Alberta such as the Cree, Beaver, Blood, and Blackfoot. The first European known to have reached(1754) present- day Alberta was Anthony Hendon of the Hudson’s Bay Company. This is a native American
