Certified Property Manager (CPM) The Apartment Association of Indiana is very pleased to announce that we will be offering IREM ’ s Certified Property Manager (CPM) Designation to AAI Members beginning in 2006 and concluding in The entire CPM program can be completed in only TWO years. Not only is this a very fast track to achieve the designation it is also a significant savings considering there will be no travel expenses incurred by the participant. All classes will take place at the AAI Barrett Center in Indianapolis. Pre-Requisites Include: 3 years management experience Manage a portfolio that meets the minimum requirements: 300 units at 1 site, 200 units at 2 – 4 sites or 100 units at 5 or more sites.
