Framework of Cooperation Adopted by COP 10, in Nagoya, Japan, 2010 (decision X/2) An overarching framework on biodiversity, not only for the biodiversity-related conventions, but for the entire United Nations system and all other partners. All 20 targets are relevant to marine and coastal biodiversity.
