GUIDELINES 1. BUYERS INCENTIVES GUIDELINES Basic Requirements from Buyers: Complete Sales Documentary Requirements Post Dated Checks Signed Contract To Sell RAFFLE MECHANICS Promo Period : July to November 2015 Qualified Participants: A purchaser of a condominium unit at Tribeca Private Residences shall be entitled to one (1) raffle ticket as entry to the Promo provided all of the following conditions shall have been complied with: Purchase was booked July 26 – December 31, 2014 (“Promo Period”). A purchase is “booked” for purposes of this Promo upon execution by the Purchaser of a “Reservation Agreement” and the reservation fee for the Purchase has been fully paid within the Promo Period; AND The Purchaser has paid in full the contract price of the unit either in i) cash; or ii) through loan facility with the full amount of the proceeds thereon made available to Landco Pacific Corporation and/or ATR Kim Eng Land, Inc. within the Promo Period. Draw Date: Winners will be drawn by 4th week of November 2015 with the presence of DTI and Landco representatives. Winners will be notified by registered mail. All prizes shall be subject to the standard 20% taxes on winnings (based on prize value net of VAT) to be shouldered by the winner All tax payments shall be made payable to LANDCO PACIFIC CORPORATION, who will be the one to pay the said taxes to BIR All prizes must be claimed at Tribeca Sales Office during office hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Raffle Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes can be converted to cash at 75% of prize value but still subject to 20% taxes on winnings. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited and will be reported to DTI and upon approval by DTI shall be forfeited in favor of Landco Pacific Corporation. Landco Pacific Corporation’s respective officers and employees and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the promo.

PER UNIT INCENTIVES Qualified Sales: All booked sales starting July 15 to December 31, 2014 Additional Requirements to qualify: the following must be submitted: Complete documentary requirements, signed Contract To Sell, complete PDCs/ auto debit form ( if applicable) Sellers incentive prizes will be awarded as follows: 25% incentive value upon clearing of the 10th down payment and upon certification from Tribeca Sales Admin 75% incentive value upon LPC receipt of take-out proceeds Incentives shall be subject to the standard 15% withholding taxes Recipients of Incentives may qualify for other incentive prizes. Incentives are non-transferable. Incentives may be released for booked sales with the following modes of payment: Auto-debit, Remittances, PDCs and Bills Payment. Recipients must present valid identification card upon claiming of incentive/s. An authorized representative may also claim incentive on behalf of the winner provided he/she presents the following: authorization letter from the seller, valid government IDs of the seller, valid government IDs of the Representative. Official receipts shall be issued upon release of incentives
