Managed third party creative agencies for large design projects. Worked with multiple direct teams to incorporate UX design principles into all aspects of the site. Directly reported to COO of the Catalog/Internet division Senior User Experience Architect: Managed all user testing and research tasks. Worked with UX team to build both an analog and digital user lab facility. User Studies & Wireframes Build a Ring Study Study to test a pilot for a tool that would allow a user to properly size their finger to be fitted for a ring Goals of the study were to: Understand the useful of an online sizing tool What are the reasons that someone would want to use the tool Reasons why someone would not use this type tool Window Tool Study Study to test a 3D rendering tool to help a user choose the window coverings for their home Goals of the study were to: Understand if users would use a tool that had complex measurements required to accurately order window coverings Under what conditions would users find this tool useful Is there a time threshold where a user would get frustrated Search Results Redesign Wireframes Study to test how new layouts for search results compared to current layout of search results Goals of the study were to: Test current state to future state to measure improvements Understand if new features resonated with the users Understand if specific features such as filtering and sorting were found to be useful
