1. Lindsey is a new employee at a local hospital. During orientation it is important that she ask questions so that she is clear on all hospitals policies. By asking questions Lindsey is using what employability skill?

2. Jan works in a doctor’s office. Part of her responsibilities is to talk to, listen, and document patient histories. During this time she must use this employability skill to make sure she has all the correct information for the patient’s file.
