Transcription Once dictation is transcript, the word documents of patient will be place in Columbia lung and sleep directory under – subdirectory CLSI-TRANSCRIPTION-DRAFT \ directory. As show in this picture

Filing Transcription Doctor then proof read and finalize the document. Change the name of document by adding “-d” or “-done” at the end of the filename. Then these files will be posted under CLSIEHR directories in patient name sub-directories. These files will be printed to a local printer.
