Enhanced by the training programs / EMIS contributed to improvements in planning and environmental management.  Effective Tool for the community, Private Sector and NGOs to become involved in process of city management  Recommendations of this committee taken up at statutory committee meeting and then by council  DEMO projects approved and replicated in other parts of city Mainstreaming Local Level
