EPLC Update Current Plans for IT Project Management Training Basic and Advanced Project Management Training Courses  Classroom training at NIH  Applicable to FAC-PPM (Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers) training requirements  Work toward Master’s Certificate and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification  NIH-Specific Courses Enterprise Performance Life Cycle Methodology Operational Analysis Target start date: late spring or early summer 2009 Participation will be prioritized based on NIH project needs

EPLC Update Project and Portfolio Management Tools Working Groups Kickoff meeting in late February Document “As Is” state of project and portfolio management tools (i.e. current NIH baseline)  Create tools survey  Conduct a data call to gather information from all ICs Develop requirements for NIH project and portfolio management tools  Document needs, wants  Prepare gap analysis  Develop decision criteria (weighting & scoring) Conduct market research  Vendor demos included
