Introduction to Health

1. WE SHOW UP-In class on time every school day, just as we show up on time at work and at every other commitment we make 2. WE DRESS RIGHT, WE SPEAK RIGHT. We dress and speak appropriately for the place we’re in and according to whatever the general practice or code indicate. 3. WE WORK. We work to mainly to earn money, gain skills and experience, improve our work habits and position, and sometimes just for the satisfaction of doing a good job. 4. WE TELL THE TRUTH. We tell the truth because honesty is the basis for all good and trusting relationships among people. 5. WE RESPECT PEOPLE AND PROPERTY. We respect people and property because it’s good common sense to keep the peace by treating others as you want to be treated. 6. WE LIVE CLEAN AND SOBER. We live clean and sober because drugs and alcohol are illegal for minors and are harmful to our health and safety, and sooner or later our drug or alcohol use becomes destructive to others. 7. WE CARE. We care about others because by giving back something of ourselves we improve the world of people around us. 8. WE LEARN FROM EVERYTHING. We learn about everything in order to become independent people of good character, integrity, and knowledge. 9. WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE. We make a difference by becoming respectful, law-abiding, working citizens who help make the world a better place.
