Let’s say you need to make an invitation for a party, what can you do? You can either make it by hand or you can use a computer, but I think a computer is much easier. I think it is easier because you can add pictures and color and also it may look a lot neater and more professional. I think using a computer is something great to know.

The basics you need to know are typing and using the mouse. When using the mouse you just move the mouse around on a pad or something that’s soft. You can left click which is the normal click which just selects what you want. Right clicking will give you an option to cut copy or paste. You can also click save or save as when right clicking. Copying is like duplicating something then pasting it somewhere else. Cutting which allows you to copy while deleting what you copied.

On a Mac If your computer freezes you probably want to shut the down then power it back on or restart. On a Dell press ctrl-alt-delete and log off, restart or shut down. You can also go to the Apple store or where ever you bought the computer and they will try to fix it. Or go to somebody who might no how to fix the problem. This usually happens when to many programs are running.

To get Wi-Fi on a Dell you have to make sure the Wi-Fi is on. To find that out, go to the bottom right corner and if it is on- you will see something that looks like a TV. If it is not on you will see a TV with an x through it. Click on that if it is not on then choose the one you want. On a Mac go to the top right corner and you will see something that looks like this: click on it and choose the WI-FI you want.

Do not under any circumstances get your computer wet otherwise it will break. Keep your computer clean. Make sure you don’t scratch your screen. Don’t drop it, that makes it break in to pieces. Don’t punch it either even when it is not working properly.

 WI-FI –used to certify the interoperability of wireless computer networking devices.  Freezes – When a computer stops working properly and won’t respond to your commands  Mac – A type of computer made by Apple  Dell – A computer that is a PC.  Restart – Starting a computer up again instead of shutting it down a turning it back on

 Kishan loves using the computer. He enjoys reading on the computer and lots more. He also enjoys playing tag with his friends. Kishan lives in Michigan He has been using the computer since he was 4. He loves exploring the world of technology. He also goes to Birmingham Covington School (BCS)
