Operation Room Swapping This feature allows a user to change the room without additional check-out and check-in procedure. The existing information will be delivered to the new room except Room Class item. TRANS/PGM #5 + Current Room + New Room HOLD/SAVE Description Conditions 1. The new room must be checked out before room swapping. 2. DND, MSG, Missed Call and Room Class are not to swap. 3. The following shows the data moved from the original room to the new one: Intercom Enable / Guest Type / Room Status / PMS Group / Authorization Code / Check Out Schedule / LCD Language / Prompt Language / Station COS / Check In Data / Wake Up / Prepaid Money / Bath Alarm / Baby Listening

One Digit Dial Service Operation To activate call forward for the room(s) Description When a guest dials only one digit and waits for a certain period of time, a call is made to a specific extension (front desk, service station), enabling a guest to call a front desk or a service station easily

One Digit Dial Service To activate call forward for the room(s) 1. Call restriction and class information are maintained even when this feature is used. 2. This feature is not available for office extension. 3. If there are one-digit numbering plan codes, one digit service is not available for those digits. That is, if the CO Group Access Code value is set to 9 in CO Group Access Code (PGM114), then One Digit Service for digit 9 is not available. Or, if the Attendant Call feature code is set to 0 in Feature Numbering Plan (PGM113), then One Digit Service for digit 0 is not available. Conditions

Front Desk can configure some features in Hotel PGM menu for a guest room such as Wake-up, DND, Message Wait. Room Setting In PGM + #4, Front Desk can select a Room Setting menu for guest rooms. After entering PGM + #4 ▶ Dial 1 for Wake-up Register A. Input room number range. You should dial ‘*’ to indicate ending of room number input. Ex. 102 * [HOLD/SAVE] or [OK] : Input for Room 102, Room 103 Ex. 102 * + [HOLD/SAVE] or [OK] : Input for Room 102 B. Input desired Wake-up time and Repeat mode by ‘#’. C. To activate Wake-up, press [HOLD/SAVE] key or [OK] button. ▶ Dial 2 for Wake-up Cancel A. Input room number range. You should dial ‘*’ to indicate ending of room number input. B. To deactivate Wake-up, press [HOLD/SAVE] key or [OK] button.

Room Setting After entering PGM + #4 ▶ Dial 3 for DND setting A. Input room number range. You should dial ‘*’ to indicate ending of room number input. Ex. 102 * [HOLD/SAVE] or [OK] : Input for Room 102, Room 103 Ex. 102 * + [HOLD/SAVE] or [OK] : Input for Room 102 B. You can configure DND setting by pressing [HOLD/SAVE] key or [OK] button after dialing ‘0’ for Register or ‘1’ for Cancel. ▶ Dial 4 for Message Wait Register A. Input room number and ‘*’ for Message Wait sender. B. Input room number range for Message Wait receiver. You should dial ‘*’ to indicate ending of room number input. C. You can configure Message Wait by pressing [HOLD/SAVE] key or [OK] button after dialing ‘0’ for Register or ‘1’ for Cancel.

Description Register/Change Authorization Code At front desk, it is possible to register or change the authorization code of hotel guest stations. Operation TRANS/PGM HOLD/SAVE #47 + Room Range Authorization Code

Operation Register/Change Prepaid Money This feature allows the guest station to make a phone call according to his/her prepaid money. If the prepaid money is consumed during a conversation, a warning tone will be given and after Prepaid Call Warning Timer, the call will be disconnected. The guest room can't make outgoing CO calls once the prepaid money is used up. SMDR displays this pre-paid money. The total room charge is as follow; [Total Room Charge] = [Total Charge] – [Prepaid Money]. Description TRANS/PGM HOLD/SAVE #48 + Room Range Prepaid Money

Register/Change Prepaid Money up to 6 digits(0~999999) except ‘*’ and ‘#’ Conditions

Front Desk can make Room charge or Room status printed through offline SMDR port. Room Charge/Status Print In PGM + #7, Front Desk can select a Room Charge/Status print menu for guest rooms. After entering PGM + #7 ▶ Dial 1 for Room Charge Print A. Input room number. You should dial ‘*’ to indicate ending of room number input. B. LCD will show the total charge of that room. C. You can add another room number in this state and then LCD will display the summation of total charge of those rooms entered. D. To print the total charge, press the [HOLD/SAVE] key or [OK] button. ▶ Dial 2 for Room Status Print A. Input room number range. You should dial ‘*’ to indicate ending of room number input. B. Press [HOLD/SAVE] key or [OK] button to print Room Status.

Room Charge/Status print After entering PGM + #7 ▶ Dial 3 for SMDR delete of Service stations A. Input service station number. You should dial ‘*’ to indicate ending of service station number input. B. LCD will show the total charge of that service station. C. You can add another service station number in this state and then LCD will display the summation of total charge of those stations entered. D. To delete charge data, press the [HOLD/SAVE] key or [OK] button.

Call Charge Rate Register  A different call charge rate can be applied to guest rooms or service stations.  To use this feature, 1) Front desk must register call charge rate table. 2) Assign the registered rate to each room or service station. Additional Tax Fields Tax Rate  Different tax rates can be applied for the various charges in hotel.  Each bar item in the bar terminal table (PGM 505) can have a tax rate index.  Tax rates for call / room charge : Tax index 1 (fixed) PGM 506PGM 505 … Operation 1.
