SCHEDULING Bert Lynn Middle School  April 17 th and 18 th Jefferson Middle School  April 22 nd and 24 th Private and non-feeder schools  Enrollment forms are now available in the Counseling Office. Turn in completed forms to our Registrar by the end of April in order to meet with a Counselor in May.  Limited appointments available in May  Latecomers will meet with a counselor mid-August
