Disability Data Overview People with disabilities are leaders in the Federal Government. GS 14 & 15: - In Sept. of 2011, 7.65% of all GS 14’s and 15’s were people with disabilities. 6 months later, 8.09% of all GS 14’s and 15’s were people with disabilities. - In FY 11, 12.26% of all GS 14 and 15 new hires were people with disabilities. In the first two quarters of FY12, 15.83% of all GS 14 and 15 new hires were people with disabilities. Senior Executive Service (SES): - In Sept. of 2011, 4.3% of all the SES were people with disabilities. 6 months later, 4.55% of all SES were people with disabilities. - In FY 11, 4.06% of all SES new hires were people with disabilities. In the first two quarters of FY12, 8.29% of all SES new hires were people with disabilities.
